Steps to go to Drawsite:

1. Order online or call Healthstyles at 1 (520) 424-3088.
2. We place a computer order for you within 24 hours of your online order.
3. Go to draw site of your choice and tell them you have a "Computer order from Healthstyles”.
   • DO NOT GIVE PAYMENT TO LAB
   • DO NOT GIVE YOUR PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN’S NAME
   • GIVE YOUR NAME AND DATE OF BIRTH TO THE LAB
4.  Your Payment is accepted in the form of a credit card at the time your order is placed on this site or by phone.
5.  We will E-mail, Fax or Mail your results in 3-5 days.
